Make borderless synergy
Following the success of IWCS 2024, IWCS 2026 will bring together researchers, students, and international partners for academic exchange in the Kuju/Aso area of Kyushu. The workshop aims to strengthen collaboration between Japan, Korea, and broader international research communities, while providing students with a supportive setting for presentations, discussion, and future research synergy.
- Global Academic Exchange: Strengthening the research network and collaboration between Japan, Korea and our international partners.
- Student Empowerment: Providing a supportive platform for students (for whom English is a second language) to gain presentation experience and engage in free, active discussions.
- Research Synergy: Understanding the core research areas of each laboratory to explore and promote future joint research initiatives.

The shared bath at the accommodation facility may be crowded.
You may alternatively visit Sujiyu Onsen Utaseyu, a natural hot spring about a 15-minute walk from the venue.
